Senate Bill 3 (SB3), introduced in the 89th Texas Legislature, seeks to ban all consumable hemp-derived THC products, including Delta-8 and Delta-9, stripping Texans of their right to make personal choices about cannabis. Why:  SB3 is an unjust restriction on personal freedom and a direct attack on Texas entrepreneurs and consumers. Banning hemp-derived THC products will destroy small businesses, eliminate jobs, and push the industry underground—where quality and safety are unregulated. Texans should have the right to make their own choices about cannabis without government interference.
