| Focuses on setting up decor and handling miscellaneous tasks to prepare the venue, excluding AV or table setup. | Ensures the venue is clean and returned to its original state after the event. Helps repack and move decor back to a suite | Manages the sign-in table, checks in guests, and provides them with event materials. | Assists wherever needed, filling in gaps and supporting other volunteers throughout the event. |
