 – Will begin sharply at Noon.
– Door prizes will be available to those in attendance.
– Don’t forget to bring your Voter ID card. While this is not absolutely necessary it will make the process go much quicker.
– We will nominate and elect new officers.
– Any bylaw changes may be proposed from the floor and debated before being voted on.
– We will also be nominating and electing delegates to the State Convention that will take place April 12th-14th in Corpus Christi.
